Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within the continental US. Priority shipping (Collector's Box) takes 2–4 days, and Express (Audiophile Vault) arrives in 1–2 business days. We ship every Monday and Thursday.
Yes! We ship to over 40 countries. International orders typically take 10–21 business days depending on customs. Additional shipping charges apply — rates are calculated at checkout. Please note import duties are the buyer's responsibility.
Every record is wrapped in a poly sleeve, placed in a rigid cardboard mailer, and secured with corner protectors. Packages are marked "Do Not Bend." We use archival-quality materials to ensure your records arrive in mint condition — the same way we'd want ours to arrive.
We stand behind every shipment. If a record arrives damaged or defective, email us at hello@vinylden.com within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hoops, no hassle. Your crate is our reputation.

It started in 1978 with a folding table at the Bedford Avenue flea market and three milk crates of records that Harold Voss couldn't bear to sell — until he did, and watched strangers light up the way he did when he first heard Marvin Gaye on his father's hi-fi.
Today, Vinyl Den occupies a 900-square-foot corner shop in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The folding table is still here — now behind the counter, stacked with want lists and coffee rings. Harold's daughter Clara runs the subscriptions. The crates got heavier. The love didn't.
We believe records aren't just music. They're objects with memory — grooves that hold entire decades, whole feelings, whole rooms. We find them, grade them, and send them to people who get that.
